The journey started when Kurseong became the home to our grandfather S. Kesar Singh Bindra where he started with The Amarjeet Restaurant . The restaurant with in no time became the hot favourite of the town and everyone's day was incomplete without Amarjeet's Samosa & Gulab Jamuns. Since then there was no looking back from Samosas to Thukpas to Biryanis Amarjeet's food was the most sort after in the town.
Punjabi Kadhai in Siliguri was started in 2010 continuing the generations legacy of serving the most authentic and traditional food in the town.
Kababs served in Punjabi Kadhai are made from the traditional grandmom's recipe. All kababs are marinated overnight in hung yogurt and handpicked spices and then cooked in traditional clay oven to give them a unique mouthwatering flavor.

The whole spices & herbs used in Punjabi Kadhai are carefully hand-picked and expertly used by our fine chefs. Most of the spices are grounded here to make an array of fresh aromatic traditional Masalas.
